Dreams of a Brown Moose

I guess the last day out "ice climbing" didn't dictate

the rest of the season, as Sherrie and I could not have asked for

better weather in Portage Valley.

Dreams of a Brown Moose, a classic that I had never done before.

It is located in a HUGE avalanche gully, so as you could imagine,

conditions are not always prime. Above is Sherrie walking through

a field of ping-pong balls (where did those guys come from????)

to get to the base of the climb.....
