Sunday, The Lords Day of Rest

Well, maybe not completely a rest day, but certainly a chill recovery day with an awesome crew of folks!

A bunch of us ran up Bell Rock, the most powerful of all of the vortices, and had all day to just pose for the camera!

It was soo amazing to have all of my favorite people in the same spot!

Andrew proudly wears the circle of beads!
